The HVAC person I was using was not returning calls anymore not sure what happened. Needed heat tape and pipe wrap installed on our 90% furnace condensation line to prevent a freeze up like we had during the polar vortex. A good friend recommend Innovative. They came out the same day quoted a price in the range I was looking for and installed it. Joined the "Pro Club" for Heat & A/C tune up plus fast and discounted service calls. FYI A/C went out this summer called after 5 PM on a Friday had a Tech. Saturday 8 AM no special charges.

I came home from work to find that our AC had quit working on an insanely hot day. I called around and couldn't find anyone that could come out the same day (a Friday at 3pm) until I called Innovative Air Pros. The woman I spoke to was so nice and compassionate about my situation and told me I would have a tech out that day to fix the AC after they finish their current job. Within the hour I got a call from Caleb the tech and said he was able to head my way, I was shocked that he was able to come out so quickly! Once I got off the phone, I received a text with all of Caleb's info and a picture which I REALLY appreciated as I was a woman at home alone, with just her child and small dog. It made me feel much more at ease to know who to expect. Caleb was so nice, knowledgeable and personable. He explained exactly what happened and was able to fix the issue right away with the parts in his truck. He was patient with me while I called my spouse and he explained everything all over again to him over the phone. He made me feel very comfortable about the situation and I am SO happy I ended up choosing Innovative Air Pros. We will definitely be using them for all of our heating and air needs from here on out.

Cody contacted me to let me know our thermostat emailed them about a problem with our system. Caleb came out promptly and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Great folks to know and trust they will take good care of you!
Maintenance call on two 2020 Lennox high efficiency furnaces. The systems are in good shape but the downstairs system has a leak on the exhaust and it’s leaking condensation back onto the furnace which has lead to the cabinet starting to rust. There was also oil leaking off of the liquid refrigerant line indicating a refrigerant leak. The upstairs heat exchanger has a line around one of the rings that hold the heat exchanger together than will need to be monitored moving forward. The systems are running and heating as they should here today and ready for the winter months ahead.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly furnace maintenance on a 2007 York system technician adjusted gas pressure monitored amps bearings motors, and overall health of the unit technician found a piece of insulation inside. The blower will causing the blower motor to run very violently technician provided options for the homeowners to replace the blower motor to improve longevity of their current system as well as the hot water tank is leaking severely also provided a quote there. They will look at the quotes and figure out which way they wanna go.
Technician installed a new heat exchanger as well as a blower motor capacitor. After installation technician verified proper operation of the heating system. System works great at this time.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance on two 2010 systems technician inspected heat exchanger adjusted gas pressure monitored amps bearings temperature differentials, and overall health of the system. Technician found that both blower motor bearings are out the inducer are over amping as well as the heat exchanger are showing a lot of rust. Homeowner is not interested at this time.
Annual maintenance on a 2018 Daikin 80% single stage furnace. The technician (Ryan) cleaned the flame sensor, checked the capacitor, monitored all amp draws, checked the temperature differential, adjusted the gas pressure, changed the (1) 14x24x1 return air filter, and checked the static pressure. The system is in great shape with no rust or heat stress on the heat exchanger and the hot surface igniter is good at this time. The gas pressure was a little high so it was adjust down for optimal performance and longevity of the heat exchanger. Surge protection was suggested to protect the furnace and a duct cleaning as the duct work is pretty dirty. The customer will review the estimates.

Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked static pressure, checked temperature differential, cleaned flame sensors, checked filters and insured proper operation. Technician noticed dirty ductwork while changing filters and made estimates for the customer on getting them cleaned and sanitized. There were also issues with the unit in the shed, but the customer never uses the system and didn’t want to move forward on any repairs with it. Estimates have been emailed to the customer for further review. Both systems were heating properly.
Technician arrived to perform a two system startup on two brand new Amana furnaces. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked temperature differential, took note of filter size and insured proper operation. Customer was concerned about indoor air quality so estimates were made for uv bulb replacement, duct cleaning and sanitation. Estimates have been emailed to the customer for further review. Both systems are heating properly this time.
The technicians performed a duct cleaning, we attached our vacuum to the supply and return plenums and ran our brush through each individual duct. We also sanitized the duct system with Decon 7 sanitizer and installed a Bluetube UVA light. Everything is clean and ready to go.
Arrived and found clean out in backyard full and sewer not draining. Qouted to run machine and clear blockage. Customer accepted. Ran machine through sewer line and was able to clear blockage. Pulled back some roots and tampons. Tested by flushing multiple toilets multiple times. Line is currently open and flowing. There is no warranty on drain cleaning.
Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Discussed replacement options on 14 year old water heater but customer declined at this time.
For this job, Technician performed a single system furnace maintenance tune up on a 10 year old system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the furnace season. Technician found the system is growing quite a bit of mold. Technician made several options to help eliminate and prevent the mold growth. Customer wants to move forward with installing an Air Scrubber.
Annual maintenance on a 2017 high efficiency carrier furnace and a 2018 80% efficient furnace. Both systems are in great shape here today and running as they should. The downstairs system has a large heat stress area on the heat exchanger but no cracks at this time. The upstairs unit is not used as much and all components are in fantastic shape.
Today we completed your annual water heater flush, water heater for house has an install date of 2018 making unit 6 years old. Tank is installed up to code and has no signs of leaks or corrosion at this time. Customer is currently a member with air assurance and would like to switch over to us since we include plumbing inspection that our membership also, but would like to cancel with them first. Everything is working properly at this time.
For this job, Customer states the filter looks like it’s been burnt and melted. Technician arrived to find the filter melted. Technician found the filter got melted a bit from the initial install. Technician replaced the filter with a new one. System is working great at this time.
