The HVAC person I was using was not returning calls anymore not sure what happened. Needed heat tape and pipe wrap installed on our 90% furnace condensation line to prevent a freeze up like we had during the polar vortex. A good friend recommend Innovative. They came out the same day quoted a price in the range I was looking for and installed it. Joined the "Pro Club" for Heat & A/C tune up plus fast and discounted service calls. FYI A/C went out this summer called after 5 PM on a Friday had a Tech. Saturday 8 AM no special charges.

I came home from work to find that our AC had quit working on an insanely hot day. I called around and couldn't find anyone that could come out the same day (a Friday at 3pm) until I called Innovative Air Pros. The woman I spoke to was so nice and compassionate about my situation and told me I would have a tech out that day to fix the AC after they finish their current job. Within the hour I got a call from Caleb the tech and said he was able to head my way, I was shocked that he was able to come out so quickly! Once I got off the phone, I received a text with all of Caleb's info and a picture which I REALLY appreciated as I was a woman at home alone, with just her child and small dog. It made me feel much more at ease to know who to expect. Caleb was so nice, knowledgeable and personable. He explained exactly what happened and was able to fix the issue right away with the parts in his truck. He was patient with me while I called my spouse and he explained everything all over again to him over the phone. He made me feel very comfortable about the situation and I am SO happy I ended up choosing Innovative Air Pros. We will definitely be using them for all of our heating and air needs from here on out.

Installed tar tape around the pvc fittings to prevent the factory air gaps from leaking air.
Preformed a $69 boot maintenance on a 2014 system. Unit is working good at this time checked all amperage’s refrigerant levels and insured proper operation.
Technician arrived performed a tuneup on a 1996 furnace. Found many problems. The compressor was over amping The condenser fan motor was pulling at its limit the bearings in the blower motor we’re going out and there was no safety switch on the drain line also noticed that the Schrader valve was not secure in the liquid line and resulted in a minor loss of refrigerant was able to tighten that Schrader valve back but cannot refill because it is an R22 system. presented options for solutions, and ultimately recommended replacement. Homeowners are not in a position to move forward with anything although they did sign up for the friends and family club.
For this job, Technician performed a free A/C maintenance tune up on a 26 year old American Standard system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the outdoor condenser fan motor is over amping pulling too much power, The compressor motor is pulling high amps on start up, The blower motor bearings are super loose, The blower motor capacitor is getting weak, The indoor unit is growing mold everywhere, and the indoor coil does not have a secondary water safety switch. This system is in some rough shape at 26 years of age. The average lifespan of a heating and air conditioning system is 10-15 years.
For this job, Technician performed a two system PSO tune up on a 15 year old Goodman system and a 13 year old Goodman system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the Downstairs A/Cs compressor is pulling over the max amp draw on its last leg, The Contactor switch is making a loud buzzing noise and looks pretty rough, as well as The refrigerant levels show a restricted indoor coil. The Upstairs system is over charged with R-22, all components are within ranges. Both systems are running at this time. The Downstairs system is a worry being summer time is here. Customer would like for Tim to give him a call to go over options.
Technician arrived performed system tune up on 2 systems found many problems discussed with homeowners and they are interested in replacement. Made appointment with Tim.
Technician arrived and performed AC tuneup on 2 20-year-old r22 systems found both compressors to be over amping however, the downstairs compressor was 30 Amps over its rated limit and is having trouble starting, making a loud grinding noise when I pulled disconnect and put it back in, It didn’t start back the first time. Cannot repair due to type of refrigerant recommend replacement. Explained everything to homeowner. Homeowner is interested in replacement options and Set an appointment with Tim Holt.
Annual maintenance on a 2019 Goodman system. The unit is in great shape and needs no repairs at this time. The blower speed had been previously adjusted to a slower speed so it was adjusted here today. The new speed setting got the temp difference in an acceptable range.
Technician arrived on site. Performed a single system. AC tuneup Check on a 2022 system. system is running operational. Presenting options for UV light and surge protection. Was not able to reach. Mr. Oakes will follow up.
Installed a new condenser fan motor due to the old ones bearings going out and leaking oil.
Annual maintenance on a 2015 and a 2019 Trane air conditioner. The systems are in great shape and working as they should. All capacitors and amp draws are good. Changed the (3) 10x20x1 and (1) 16x25x1 filters and got the systems ready for the summer months ahead.
Technician arrived. Found a compressor pulling too many amps even with a hard start kit installed system is 2007 r22 indoor furnace is 2016. Tim came and spoke to them about replacing their half system after discussing with them homeowners decided to take some time to discuss it.
Annual maintenance on a 2018 Trane variable speed system. The high efficiency system is running as efficiently as possible after some routine maintenance. All amp draws are good and blew the drain out here today. Spoke about the importance of surge protection here today to protect the large mother board on the system.
technician arrived. Performed system check on brand new furnace. Homeowner was concerned about the noise of the outdoor unit found that the Compressor is pulling too many amps so I recommended a hard start kit. Noticed that homeowner already had a UV light and offered the upgraded Apco. Homeowner just had surgery and is resting. Need to follow up next week.
